4. Purchases & Refunds

All purchases are one-time payments for time-limited access (3 months unless stated otherwise). We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are issued. To request a refund, contact us within the guarantee period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Cert-Pass, including questions, explanations, study guides, and designs, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any content. Screenshots and downloads are for personal study use only.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: share your account or content with others, use automated tools to scrape or download content, attempt to reverse-engineer our platform, or use our materials for commercial training without a license.
